This has been a pivotal time for me as I head toward turning 70. Gina has guided me to see paths that existed but that I did not see.

Integrating Taoist Wisdom to Awaken our DRAGON HEART
The book, ‘Whispering of the Dragon’, by Lujan Matus will be a profound guide in many of our awareness practices that gently integrate ‘Shamanic techniques to awaken your primal power’ - harnessing the Eight Gates of Dreaming Awake.
We will be embodying this in Meditation and 5 Element Qi gong sessions integrating natural ‘Wu Wei’ flow that supports the necessary attunement and rebalancing taking place throughout the journey.

As we self-observe and self-remember, we evolve. Chinese Medicine wisdom is a deeply holistic model for human evolution. Natural functions and energetic forces exist within and around us that regenerate our whole being - physical, mental, emotional, ancestral and spiritual.
